Chronic Pain management course - 18-Jun-10
Renata Sharp (Osteopath)& Christine Hardisty (Pilates fit for life)are currently in the process of compiling a course designed to help individuals suffering from chonic pain to self manage. The course will incorporate a combination of short lectures and mat based pilates exercise specifically designed to assist those who have been suffering with pain for over 3 months. Due to launch Sept 2010. Please contact the practice to express an interest.

Paris Marathon 2010 - 11-Apr-10

Rob Forbes from Cirecester has embarked upon an epic journey from Cirencester through to South Africa completely on his own steam. Crazy, I know, he has embarked on a journey on bike through Europe to the Gilbralter straits to then Swim across the straits and continue his journey to South Africa where he will complete an Ultra Marathon - Crazy Man! If you would like to follow his journey, or donate to the charity to which he is raising funds (re-cycle - a charity that rasies funds and recycles old bikes into Africa) please go to www.tri4africa.co.uk, We would like to wish him the best of luck on his adventure.
